Spencer Research can examine the evidence, provide background information and prepare a report detailing the strength and weaknesses of the case.
Electronic monitoring is used as an alternative to prison. Electronic monitoring (electronic curfew tagging) uses an ankle worn device to determine whether the curfewee is out during the hours of curfew. If he leaves home during the curfew the system detects the absence and reports a “curfew violation”. More modern curfew tags use Global Positioning and the mobile phone technology to monitor the location/movements of the person under curfew.
The system comprises: The ankle worn electronic curfew tag or Personal Identification Device, the Home Monitoring Unit and the monitoring control centre comprising the telephone network (GSM) the computer system and human monitors.
We undertake preliminary assessment for free. We offer a free initial consultation, agree the scope of the work to keep down costs, advise clients on progress, and produce jury friendly reports and give evidence in Court.
