Mobile phone call data records come from the networks in a variety of formats and layouts. None of them are compatible with each other. Spencer Research can cleanse the data and produce it in a standard layout.
Our standard layout provides the examiner (police officer, solicitor, barrister or jury) an easy to understand common layout.
A numerical call index can be added to assist in rapidly referencing a particular a call record. Names can be added to show the link between a phone number and the attributed user, together with colouring of relevant numbers and names. Cell site names and postcodes or OS grid references are added so the reader has an idea of the location of the cell site. Other rows of data can be inserted, for example the time of a 999 call or similar. An example is shown below.
The standard layout can be provided in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel files or CSV text files.
We undertake preliminary assessment for free. We offer a free initial consultation, agree the scope of the work to keep down costs, advise clients on progress, and produce jury friendly reports and give evidence in Court.
